Automated Address Validation and Correction Workflow

This n8n workflow automates the process of validating and correcting customer shipping addresses directly within Billbee. It is designed to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and ensure accurate delivery data by integrating with the Endereco address validation API. The process begins with a webhook trigger from Billbee when a new order is placed. It then retrieves detailed order data, extracts shipping address information, and sends this data to the Endereco API for validation.

Key steps include: fetching order data, parsing and mapping address fields, sending validation requests, analyzing API suggestions, and conditionally updating the shipping address in Billbee if corrections are needed. The workflow also allows for manual checks, like verifying house number formats or including specific filters to exclude pickup locations from validation. Success or failure tags are added to the order for tracking, making it easier to monitor address validation status.
