This n8n workflow creates a dynamic AI-powered knowledge base and chatbot system integrating Google Drive, OpenAI, Supabase, and Telegram. It automatically updates company documents, processes audio and text inputs, and provides real-time, contextually relevant responses. The workflow begins by monitoring a specified Google Drive folder for new or updated files, extracts and splits their content, generates embeddings with OpenAI, and stores them in a Supabase vector database. Simultaneously, a Telegram trigger listens for user messages or voice inputs, transcribes voice to text if needed, and utilizes a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agent that searches the vector store for relevant info before generating a precise AI response. This setup is ideal for deploying internal or customer-facing AI assistants, handling FAQs, document-based queries, or supporting remote teams with continuously updated knowledge bases.
