This n8n workflow streamlines the process of managing cold email responses and qualifying leads for potential sales opportunities. It automatically monitors email inboxes for replies, assesses interest using AI, and creates deals in a CRM system if the lead is interested.

The workflow begins with Gmail triggers monitoring one or more inboxes for new emails. When a reply is received, the workflow retrieves the email content and searches for the corresponding contact in Pipedrive CRM based on the contact’s address. It then prompts OpenAI’s GPT-4 model to analyze the email reply, determining whether the lead is interested in a meeting or call.

If the AI indicates interest, the workflow adds a custom field in Pipedrive to mark the contact as in a campaign. It then proceeds to create a deal in Pipedrive with the contact’s name. The process is designed to run continuously, efficiently qualifying leads without manual effort, making it ideal for sales teams running cold email campaigns that aim to convert responses into actionable deals.
