This n8n workflow automates the process of cold email outreach for sales or marketing campaigns. Scheduled to run daily at 2 PM, it fetches fresh leads from a specified Google Sheet where the ‘Is Email Sent’ status is not marked. The workflow then processes these leads in batches, sending personalized emails via Gmail that include the recipient’s name or full name. After sending each email, it updates the corresponding lead’s status in the Google Sheet to prevent duplicate outreach. This sequence streamlines lead outreach efforts, saving time and ensuring consistent communication.

The workflow begins with a Schedule Trigger, activating the process daily at 2 PM. It fetches leads from Google Sheets, filtering out those who have already received an email. The leads are then split into manageable batches for processing. Each lead in the batch receives a personalized email through Gmail, utilizing OAuth2 credentials for secure authentication. After email dispatch, the lead’s record in Google Sheets is updated to reflect that the email has been sent. This automation is ideal for sales teams, marketing campaigns, or any scenario requiring systematic, repetitive outreach while maintaining accurate lead status tracking.
