This workflow creates a personal email assistant that automatically categorizes incoming emails, sends notifications via Telegram, and updates a Google Sheet with email details. It integrates IMAP email trigger, Google Sheets, AI-powered text classification, and Telegram messaging to streamline email management. When a new email arrives, the system extracts key information such as sender, subject, and date, then classifies the email into categories like Security, Personal, Updates, Advertisement, or Unimportant using AI. Based on the classification, it sends relevant notifications to a Telegram chat, allowing easy remote monitoring. Additionally, it can interact with the user through Telegram commands, enabling manual updates and querying email status. The workflow also maintains a log of emails and their statuses in Google Sheets, making it suitable for personal use, small business automation, or managing multiple email accounts efficiently.
