This workflow automates customer support handling by integrating Gmail, AI-based triage, sentiment analysis, and response generation. When a new email arrives in Gmail, it triggers an AI agent that analyzes the email for critical issues, sentiment, and draft responses. Based on the AI output, the workflow checks for critical problems. If a critical issue is detected, it sends an immediate alert via Slack and creates a support ticket in Trello. Additionally, it automates responses for non-critical issues by replying directly to the customer email. The workflow also logs data into Google Sheets for record-keeping and can include sticky notes for manual annotations. This automation streamlines customer interactions, prioritizes urgent issues, and ensures prompt, efficient support responses.
