This n8n workflow automates the process of enriching company data based on email domains and LinkedIn profiles, calculating an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) score, and updating or creating company records in HubSpot. The automation is triggered when a new contact form is submitted, capturing key company details such as the domain, LinkedIn profile, and Airtop profile. It begins with filtering out non-corporate emails to ensure accuracy. Subsequently, it invokes an Airtop workflow to extract detailed company information, including overview, location, employee count, and ICP score, by leveraging APIs and AI analysis of LinkedIn profiles.

The workflow then consolidates the retrieved data into structured fields, mapping information such as company name, tagline, website, geographic location, and LinkedIn URL. After data enrichment, it proceeds to synchronize this information with HubSpot by performing an upsert operation, ensuring the CRM reflects the most current company profile.
