Automated CV Screening with OpenAI and n8n

When triggered manually, it downloads a candidate’s CV from a provided URL, extracts the text content from the PDF, and sends this data to OpenAI’s GPT model for detailed analysis. The AI generates a candidate suitability score, a brief summary, and insights on how well the candidate matches the job requirements. The results, including the candidate’s raw data and AI-generated insights, are stored in a database like Supabase for further processing.
