Sync Google Calendar Events to Outlook with Notifications

This n8n workflow automates the synchronization of events from Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook Calendar, with added functionality to handle cancellations and send notifications. When a new event is created in Google Calendar, the workflow automatically creates a corresponding event in Outlook, ensuring your schedules stay aligned across platforms. Additionally, if an event is canceled in Google Calendar, the workflow identifies and deletes the associated Outlook event, then sends an email notification about the cancellation. The process involves Trigger nodes for new and canceled events, a merging node to organize data flow, and Outlook nodes for creating, retrieving, and deleting calendar events, along with email notifications.
