Resume Screening & Behavioral Interview Automation

This workflow automates the end-to-end process of candidate screening, including resume extraction, scoring, and interview assessment using AI tools integrated with Google Drive, Notion, and Google Sheets. It starts when an applicant submits a job application through embedded forms. The system retrieves their resume, extracts and summarizes relevant qualifications such as education, skills, and experience, and scores the resume based on preset criteria. The workflow then fetches the corresponding job description from Notion and compares it with the candidate’s profile.

For behavioral interviews, the workflow uses ElevenLabs to capture and store interview audio, which is then transcribed and evaluated by an AI agent trained to assess candidate responses against criteria. This assessment, along with the full transcript, is reviewed by a human in the loop in Notion, who can decide to proceed or move candidates forward. All candidate data, resumes, evaluations, and audio files are stored and backed up in Google Drive and Google Sheets, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.

This automation is ideal for streamlining recruitment in high-volume hiring scenarios, enabling HR teams to efficiently filter, evaluate, and manage candidates while maintaining detailed records and accelerating the hiring process.
