This workflow automates the entire lead management process from capturing new leads to personalized communication and CRM updates. When a new lead submits their details via a webhook, the workflow extracts, cleans, and analyzes the data using AI to determine qualification status. Qualified leads receive personalized audio messages generated by ElevenLabs, which are uploaded to Google Drive, and the lead data is checked against existing CRM entries to prevent duplicates. Depending on the qualification and duplication status, the system creates or updates CRM entries, logs lead information in Google Sheets, and sends tailored email follow-ups via Gmail. Additionally, sales teams are notified on Slack about new qualified leads.
