This n8n workflow automates the process of handling new website lead submissions by providing instant notifications to your sales team via Slack, archiving lead data into Google Sheets, and sending automated confirmation emails to the leads. The process begins with a webhook that captures form submissions from your website. When a new lead is submitted, the workflow simultaneously sends a message to a designated Slack channel, notifying the sales team immediately. Concurrently, the lead’s name, email, and the current date are appended to a Google Sheet for record-keeping and further analysis.

Additionally, an optional email confirmation is sent to the lead, thanking them and affirming that their inquiry has been received. This immediate acknowledgment enhances customer experience and trust.
