This workflow automates the process of categorizing incoming emails in Gmail and generating appropriate responses. When a new email arrives, it triggers classification into one of five categories: High Priority, Customer Support, Promotion, Finance/Billing, or Random. Each category has specific automated actions: labeling the email, generating email drafts or summaries using OpenAI’s GPT-4.1-mini model, and sending alerts or responses via Gmail and WhatsApp. For high-priority emails, a draft reply is created and an urgent alert is sent; for support emails, a tailored auto-reply is generated and sent; promotional emails are summarized and alerted; finance emails are summarized and forwarded to the finance department with notifications; unclassified emails are labeled as ‘Random’ for organization. This workflow enables efficient email triage, prompt response generation, and effective communication management, making it ideal for busy support teams, executive assistants, or organizational inbox management.
