Automated Contact Extraction from Business Cards

This workflow automates the extraction of contact information from images of business cards using AI-powered OCR and GPT capabilities. When a user uploads one or more business card images via a form, the images are automatically saved to Google Drive for record-keeping. A neural AI assistant then analyzes each image, detecting and extracting relevant contact details such as names, jobs, companies, phone numbers, emails, websites, and social media links. The extracted data is cleaned, structured, and validated before being appended to a Google Sheet for easy management and follow-up.
