AI-Powered Photo Categorization Workflow for Events

This n8n workflow streamlines the collection, classification, and organization of photos uploaded by event attendees through a form. It leverages AI to automatically categorize images, optimizes images for quick processing, stores the images in Google Drive, and logs all details in Google Sheets for easy management. The process begins when guests submit photos via a form trigger, followed by resizing images for better performance. Photos are then sent to Featherless.ai’s multimodal model for classification into predefined categories such as ‘Group Shot’, ‘Selfie’, ‘Memories’, and more, with unclassified images marked as ‘Uncategorised’. Simultaneously, the photos are stored in a designated Google Drive folder. Finally, all metadata, including the image URL, categories, submitter info, and upload time, are compiled into a Google Sheets document.
