Automated Invoice Data Extraction from WordPress Form

This n8n workflow streamlines the process of extracting and processing invoice data submitted through a WordPress form. When a user uploads a file via the form, the workflow triggers and uploads the file to DocSumo’s API. It then retrieves detailed document information, including line items and header data, using a series of HTTP requests. A custom JavaScript code node processes the extracted data, organizing invoice details such as invoice number, date, buyer/seller info, and itemized line items into a structured format. The final output is converted into an Excel file, ready for download or further processing.
