Automate Beeminder Goals from Strava Activities

somdn_product_page

This n8n workflow automates the process of creating goals in Beeminder based on new activities recorded in Strava. When a new activity (such as a run, ride, or workout) is created in Strava, the workflow triggers automatically. It then captures details about the activity, such as its name, and creates a new goal entry in Beeminder with this information, including a comment with the activity name. This setup is ideal for athletes or fitness enthusiasts who want to automatically track their activities and keep motivated through data-driven goal tracking.

The workflow starts with a Strava Trigger node configured to listen for ‘create’ events, meaning whenever a user completes a new activity and it is recorded in Strava, the workflow is activated. The activity data, including the activity name, is passed to the Beeminder node. The Beeminder node then creates a new goal titled ‘testing’ and adds a comment containing the activity name, helping users monitor their fitness progress seamlessly.

This automation saves time by eliminating manual entries, keeps motivation high with immediate goal updates, and helps maintain a consistent fitness tracking routine across platforms.
