This n8n workflow automates the process of creating, updating, and retrieving incidents in PagerDuty, streamlining incident management workflows. When triggered manually, the workflow first creates a new incident with a customizable title (‘Firewall on Fire’). It then updates the incident’s title to a more descriptive ‘Firewalls on Fire’ and finally retrieves the incident details based on the incident ID generated during creation. This automation is useful for teams that need real-time incident tracking and management, ensuring incidents are promptly logged, updated, and reviewed without manual intervention.
