When a new contact is added or updated in HubSpot, the workflow triggers, fetches contact details, and sends them for prospect matching via Explorium’s API. Matched prospects are then further enriched with additional contact information through bulk enrichment requests. The enriched data is flattened and processed before being used to create detailed leads in Salesforce.
