The workflow begins with a HubSpot webhook trigger, which listens for new or updated contacts. When triggered, it fetches full contact details from HubSpot using the HubSpot node. The contact data is then sent to Explorium’s prospect matching API via an HTTP request, where it is matched with AI-enriched profiles.
Matched prospects are filtered to ensure only valid matches move forward. Prospect IDs are extracted from the matched results, which are then used to perform bulk enrichment of contact details through multiple Explorium APIs. This parallel enrichment captures additional data such as emails, phone numbers, and professional information.
The enriched data streams are merged into a single dataset, then processed and flattened by a custom code node to match the schema required for Salesforce.
