This n8n workflow automates the process of creating detailed business proposals using AI, Google Slides, and email notifications. When a sales call logged via a form, it triggers the workflow to generate a customized proposal based on input data. The OpenAI node uses GPT-4 to craft a tailored proposal JSON, which then replaces placeholders in a Google Slides template via the Replace Text node. Once the proposal slide is updated, it is copied to a new Google Slides file. Finally, an email is sent through Gmail to the client with a link to the proposal presentation, streamlining the entire proposal process from data entry to delivery. This workflow is ideal for consulting or automation agencies aiming to deliver quick, personalized proposals to prospects and clients.
