Automated Weather Tracking to Google Sheets

somdn_product_page

This n8n workflow automates the process of fetching real-time weather data for Pasay, Philippines, every hour and logs it into a Google Sheet. It uses a scheduled trigger to run periodically, makes an API request to OpenWeatherMap to retrieve current weather conditions, checks if it is raining or if the temperature exceeds a certain threshold, and then formats and stores the data in Google Sheets for easy monitoring. Additionally, a sticky note provides a visual reminder of the workflow’s purpose.

This workflow is especially useful for weather monitoring, asset management at outdoor locations, or any scenario where continuous weather data collection is necessary. It helps users automate data collection, ensure timely updates, and simplify analysis or reporting tasks.
