When a candidate submits a form, the workflow uploads their CV to Google Drive, extracts relevant details, and summarizes the applicant’s profile using OpenAI’s language models. It then retrieves the job description from Google Sheets, summarizes it, and performs a semantic fit evaluation to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role. HR can review the results, update evaluation outcomes in Google Sheets, and automatically send onboarding or rejection emails. Additionally, the workflow notifies Talent Acquisition for approval decisions and manages candidate communication efficiently. This automation reduces manual effort, accelerates decision-making, and enhances the recruitment pipeline’s efficiency.
