Automated Task Breakdown from Telegram Messages

This workflow enables automated project and task management by processing voice or text messages received via Telegram. It listens for incoming messages, distinguishes between voice messages and text, and transcribes any voice input into text using OpenAI’s Whisper API. The transcribed or original text is then analyzed by an OpenAI language model, which breaks down the content into manageable sub-tasks formatted specifically for Todoist. These tasks are automatically created in a designated Todoist project, streamlining task organization and delegation. The system also sends a confirmation message back to the user, confirming task creation or providing additional details.
