It starts with a scheduled trigger that runs periodically (every 360 days at 3 AM), ensuring the Zoom meeting details are refreshed. When triggered, it creates or updates a Zoom meeting with specific settings such as muting upon entry, allowing participants to join before the host, and enabling participant video. The Zoom meeting URL is then embedded into a WordPress page as a redirect meta tag, allowing visitors to be automatically redirected to the active meeting link. Finally, a Slack message is sent to notify team members that the Zoom meeting has been updated, including the new join URL.
