This n8n workflow automates the process of conducting content research, generating strategic insights, and organizing ideas using AI and web search integrations. It is designed to streamline content planning and enhance team collaboration by leveraging AI and search APIs.

The workflow begins with a Schedule Trigger, which initiates the process at predefined intervals. The Researcher Agent node uses SerpApi to perform web searches, gathering relevant data and web results for a specific topic. The Data Aggregation node then consolidates this information for further analysis.

Next, The Strategist Agent utilizes GPT-4 via the OpenAI API to analyze the aggregated data and generate strategic content ideas or insights. The output from the AI is parsed in the Parse AI Output node, which extracts the key suggestions.

These ideas are stored in a Google Sheets document for easy tracking and future reference through the Store Ideas node. The team receives notifications about new insights via the Slack notification node, ensuring collaboration and timely updates.

Throughout the process, sticky notes are used as placeholders or notes for stages of the workflow, making it easier to track progress or add manual annotations. The entire system is ideal for content teams seeking to automate research, strategy formulation, and team communication, especially for planning content campaigns or blog topics.
