Automated PDF to WordPress Blog with Human Review

This n8n workflow streamlines the conversion of PDF documents into engaging WordPress blog posts, combining AI-generated content, automatic image creation, and human oversight. The process begins with users uploading a PDF via a form trigger, after which the workflow extracts the text from the document. An AI model (GPT-4) then analyzes the extracted content to generate a compelling, SEO-friendly blog title and formatted HTML content. To enhance visual appeal, an image is created dynamically using Pollinations.ai based on the blog post title, uploaded to WordPress as the featured image, and linked to the post.

Next, the workflow creates a draft post on WordPress, integrating the AI-generated content and image. This draft is then sent via Gmail to a reviewer for manual approval. If approved, the post is published, and notifications are sent via Gmail and Telegram. If not, an error message is triggered.
