Automated Data Capture from Telegram to Notion Using AI

This n8n workflow automates the process of capturing messages from Telegram—be it text, voice notes, or audio files—and organizing them into Notion databases with the help of AI and Chat models. Upon receiving a message via Telegram trigger, the workflow processes and categorizes the data, integrates with OpenAI and DeepSeek chat models for intelligent analysis or summarization, and finally stores the organized information into designated Notion pages. The design includes conditional logic to distinguish between different message types and route data accordingly, ensuring a streamlined and automated data recording system.

The workflow begins with multiple Telegram webhook triggers listening for incoming messages from different channels or groups. When a message arrives, the data is processed through various switches and AI agents, which analyze content for context and relevance. AI models from OpenAI and DeepSeek are leveraged for generating summaries, insights, or further data enrichment. The processed information is then stored in different Notion databases, enabling effective management and retrieval of reports or notes.
