When a user uploads a video to a designated Google Drive folder, the workflow triggers and downloads the video file. It then converts the video into a base64-encoded string, which is sent to Dumpling AI’s API for extracting key insights such as the main topic, tools, purposes, steps, and use cases discussed in the video.

The extracted insights are then used by GPT-4o to craft a friendly, concise Facebook post and a descriptive image prompt. This prompt guides Dumpling AI to generate an appropriate visual representation of the video’s content. The generated image is fetched via Dumpling AI’s image API.

Finally, the workflow logs the Facebook post content and the generated image URL into a Google Sheet, making it easy to review, schedule, or publish the post manually.
