This workflow streamlines the process of managing conference talk proposals. When triggered manually, it fetches records from Airtable where the ‘Total Score’ exceeds 15, indicating high-quality proposals. For each qualifying record, the workflow generates a customized promotional image using Bannerbear, incorporating the talk title, abstract, speaker’s profile image, username, and full name. The generated image is then automatically uploaded to a new Trello card, which includes detailed information about the speaker and their talk. This automation is ideal for conference organizers and event managers aiming to efficiently handle submissions, create visual promotional materials, and organize talks seamlessly.
