This n8n workflow automates the entire event registration process, from capturing sign-ups via a webhook to sending automated confirmation and reminder emails. Upon validation, the workflow generates unique registration IDs, schedules reminder emails for one week, one day, and two hours before the event, and dynamically creates calendar events and access links for online sessions.

The process includes personalized email templates rich in HTML, containing event details, access information, and calendar links, ensuring participants are well-informed at every stage. The workflow relies on Gmail for email delivery, Google Sheets for registration tracking, and integrates custom scheduling with wait nodes to systematically send reminders. It culminates in a final reminder email shortly before the event, ensuring maximum attendance and preparation.
