This n8n workflow streamlines the process of creating engaging LinkedIn posts by automating content generation from voice transcriptions and inspiration sources. It begins with monitoring a dedicated email inbox for voice transcription emails, filters for the user’s email, and extracts relevant email content. The email content is then cleaned and standardized to ensure brand consistency and messaging coherence.

The workflow utilizes a Google Document containing curated posts from content creators as a dynamic inspiration resource. The raw transcription is combined with this inspiration to guide the content creation process, which is handled by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4). The AI generates two outputs: a polished written post and a descriptive visual idea for accompanying images.

The generated content is parsed for clarity and structured into a clean JSON format. The final post and image description are then uploaded to Airtable for team review and approval. An email notification is sent with the completed post content and visual description, making it easy for the user to copy and post directly on LinkedIn.

This workflow significantly reduces the time spent on content creation, turning voice recordings into ready-to-publish LinkedIn posts with minimal manual effort, ideal for daily social media engagement and thought leadership building.
