The email content is then cleaned and standardized to ensure brand consistency and messaging coherence.

The workflow utilizes a Google Document containing curated posts from content creators as a dynamic inspiration resource. The raw transcription is combined with this inspiration to guide the content creation process, which is handled by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4). The AI generates two outputs: a polished written post and a descriptive visual idea for accompanying images.
